Overview

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Finance Manager to join our ever-growing business, bringing strong experience across multinational and multi-entity operations.

You'll be working closely with business leaders providing quality financial analysis, reporting, and consolidation support whilst helping drive commercially informed decisions.

This is a hands-on, delivery focused role suited to a technically capable finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

The Finance Manager will support business leaders by providing reliable financial analysis, reporting, and consolidation support.

This is a hands‑on role suited to a technically sound finance professional who can work independently while collaborating closely with the wider finance and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently and part of a team as a finance partner for assigned business units
  • Supporting the Head of Finance with multiple tasks,
  • Support financial consolidation across multiple entities, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
  • Prepare management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
  • Assist with group reporting and consolidated financial statements
  • Perform variance analysis and provide clear explanations of financial performance
  • Support month‑end and year‑end close activities
  • Apply and maintain sound technical accounting practices (IFRS/GAAP as applicable)
  • Assist with audit requirements, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support decision‑making
  • Help improve reporting and consolidation processes over time

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Good technical accounting knowledge
  • Exposure to or hands‑on experience with consolidation
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems preferred
  • Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills with finance and non‑finance stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn, improve, and take ownership of tasks

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Part‑qualified or qualified professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or equivalent)
  • 3–6 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or similar roles
  • Experience working with multi‑entity structures is an advantage
  • Previous exposure to consolidation or group reporting preferred
