About the Role
Chemist Warehouse UAE seeks a commercially sharp, data-driven E-Com Growth Lead to own and scale their Shopify store. You will be responsible for revenue performance, customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, and leading the E-Com Operations Team.

Responsibilities
- Own the P&L and performance of the Shopify store — traffic, conversion, AOV, and revenue
- Develop and execute the e commerce growth strategy across paid media, SEO, email, and on site CRO
- Manage and mentor the E Com Operations Team, setting priorities and reviewing their output
- Work with the Digital Marketing team on paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok — briefing, optimising, and reporting
- Analyse store data daily using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager
- Drive conversion rate improvements through A/B testing, UX changes, and merchandising decisions
- Manage promotional calendars, campaign launches, and seasonal activations
- Collaborate with the buying/merchandising team on product selection, pricing, and inventory planning
- Oversee site content, product storytelling, and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Report weekly and monthly performance to senior leadership with clear insights and recommendations
Requirements
- 4 6 years of experience in e commerce, with at least 2 years managing a Shopify store
- Proven track record of growing online revenue
- Strong hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Solid understanding of Shopify's ecosystem — apps, themes, Analytics, and third party integrations
- Proficient in GA4, and comfortable building reports and interpreting data
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Strong communication skills — able to present clearly to non technical stakeholders
- Based in the UAE with valid work authorisation

About The Role

What You'll Need
- 4–6 years of experience in e commerce, with at least 2 years managing a Shopify store
- Proven track record of growing online revenue — bring numbers, not just responsibilities
- Strong hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Solid understanding of Shopify's ecosystem — apps, themes, Analytics, and third party integrations
- Proficient in GA4, and comfortable building reports and interpreting data
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Strong communication skills — able to present clearly to non technical stakeholders
- Based in the UAE with valid work authorisation
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with email/SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo, or similar)
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus
- Knowledge of the GCC/MENA e commerce landscape
- Experience with marketplace channels (Noon, Amazon.ae) as a secondary channel
- Basic understanding of SEO and content strategy
