The group is headquartered in Dubai and has offices in Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Kuwait.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on finance role in a small, multi-entity group.
The Finance Manager owns the day-to-day finance function without a layer beneath the role.
Cashflow is the core responsibility, including visibility into receipts, payments, and the next 60 days.
Responsibilities
- Own cashflow forecasting, monitoring, and reporting to the Managing Director.
- Run monthly payroll across entities, including WPS compliance and end-of-service calculations.
- Manage month-end close, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Prepare management accounts and financial statements.
- Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, ageing, collections, and follow-up.
- Manage accounts payable, payment scheduling, and statutory and government payments.
- Prepare VAT returns and Corporate Tax filings with the FTA.
- Maintain finance records and support the annual audit.
- Track budgets against actuals and flag variances.
