This is a hands-on management role with ownership of teams, processes, deadlines, and statutory delivery risks.

GCC Solutions is the corporate services arm of GCC Group, a Dubai-headquartered corporate services, legal structuring, and capital markets group with offices in Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Kuwait.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of client engagements, including incorporations, renewals, amendments, attestations, Iqama processing, payroll runs, and corporate administration.
- Maintain a live tracker for client matters, licence expiries, Iqama expiries, filing dates, and payroll cutoffs.
- Oversee processing across Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, MISA, Saudi Business Center, ZATCA, and Absher.
- Track regulatory changes related to fees, processes, Saudisation, Nitaqat, and WPS and update procedures and client advice.
- Manage government relations officers and third-party processing centres.
- Serve as the senior operational contact for client onboarding, escalations, and renewals.
- Ensure client files meet KYC, AML, and CDD requirements and periodic reviews are completed.
- Keep the firm's CR, licences, signatory authorities, and registrations current.
- Manage, coach, and develop the operations team and create cross-training across service lines.
- Produce reporting on delivery volumes, turnaround times, renewals pipeline, and operational risk.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, or a related field is required.
- At least six years of relevant experience, including at least three years in a management role, is required.
- Deep working knowledge of Saudi government platforms and current Saudisation and Nitaqat requirements is required.
- Experience handling deadline-driven multi-client delivery and KYC and AML requirements is required.
- Strong organization, process improvement, and client-facing English communication are required.
- Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to UAE processes, payroll and WPS operations, or a boutique founder-led firm is preferred.
Assessment
- Shortlisted candidates will discuss a real delivery failure and respond to a scenario involving competing client deadlines and an expiring licence.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 11,000 to SAR 12,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person at the Riyadh office.
