Role Overview
The Finance Manager will work with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization.
The role involves handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner and decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal and external audit teams.
- Review internal controls from time to time.
- Support the CFO in preparing budgets and ensuring timely cash flow.
- Submit timely monthly management reports.
- Manage and guide finance teams across different companies or divisions.
- Ensure proper receivables follow-up and collections.
- Work with operational heads and report to the CFO as needed.
- Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the CFO.
Qualifications and Experience
- CA, CMA, or an equivalent qualification is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
- Experience in a reputed automotive industry is preferred.
- Experience in Qatar is preferred.
