Job Summary

Location and Employment

• The position is located in Abu Dhabi.
• The position is full-time.

Compensation

• The salary is AED 14,000–18,000 per month, all-inclusive, depending on UAE finance experience, qualifications, managerial scope, and Odoo proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, expenses, and profitability.
• Establish internal controls and financial procedures.
• Manage payables, receivables, reconciliations, and the general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, IFRS, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisers, and regulatory authorities.
• Review financial performance and provide actionable management insights.
• Lead annual budgeting and monitor actual results against budgets.
• Manage credit control and support collection of outstanding receivables.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA qualification is preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant finance experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, corporate tax, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Ability to use Odoo for accounting and related finance workflows.
