Finance Manager

Providing commercial and financial leadership across the Integrated Solutions transport business

Partnering with Transport leadership to drive performance, profitability and operational efficiency

Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities

Delivering insightful P&L reporting, variance analysis and performance reporting

Developing business cases for major tenders, customer opportunities and growth initiatives

Analysing operational and financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including transport optimisation and process improvement

Acting as the key Finance representative on the transport leadership team.

We're seeking someone who combines strong commercial finance capability with experience within the transport, logistics, fleet or supply chain industry.

You'll bring:

Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline

Extensive experience in a senior finance, commercial finance or business partnering role

Demonstrated experience supporting transport, logistics or supply chain operations

Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling capability

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

The ability to influence senior operational stakeholders and translate financial information into commercial outcomes

A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-moving environment.
