Job Purpose
Manage and oversee finance department activities including account statements, finance processes, ERP management, financial risk analysis, community budgets, and audit liaison.
Lead the Community Management Finance section in coordination with the Head of Finance.
Strategic and Team Management
- Cascade departmental strategy into sectional business plans and coordinate with interfacing departments.
- Lead the Community Management Finance section by setting objectives, managing performance, developing staff, and maximizing sectional performance.
- Lead talent development initiatives to ensure suitable capability for business requirements.
Finance Operations
- Oversee Community Management finance operations and maintain an effective organizational structure.
- Supervise bank reconciliations and liaise with Provis and Aldar Finance departments.
- Review actual-versus-budget reports and monthly property financial statements.
- Create accounting processes, standardized reporting systems, and policies for finance and on-site staff.
- Review expense invoices, cost splits, and cost center accuracy.
