The position at a glance
Lead business analysis and project management for management-accounting and bank-general-ledger implementation projects.
Drive projects that expand business capabilities, comply with regulations, and rationalize internal banking processes.
The role combines solution vision, business analysis, and end-to-end project-management responsibility.
Role responsibilities
- Oversee the finance-project portfolio and align team activities with Finance COO objectives.
- Set project priorities, delivery schedules, KPIs, and SMART goals for team members.
- Manage daily operations, stakeholder expectations, budgets, and communications with the CFO and Finance COO.
- Configure management-accounting reporting streams for Americas entities and extract ledger data into SOLAAR and PERSEUS.
- Align reporting with Group standards and parameterize cost-of-funding and cost-of-carry calculations.
- Manage interdependencies with P&L, ALMT, accounting, credit-risk, and liquidity reporting.
- Gather user requirements, design and coordinate testing plans, and provide finance-systems subject-matter expertise.
- Design programs, monitor progress, resolve issues, define governance, and conduct risk assessments.
- Lead project managers and analysts to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
