Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports for management
- Analyze financial performance, variances, trends, and key business metrics
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Automate recurring financial reports using AI enabled tools, Power Query, Power Automate, or scripting
- Leverage AI tools for data analysis, report generation, forecasting, and business insights
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across reporting systems
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Business teams to understand reporting requirements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation
- Monitor KPIs and prepare executive level presentations and management reports
- Assist during month end and year end financial closing activities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company reporting standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, or business finance
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and variance analysis

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Finance Executive – MIS Reporting & Analysis to support financial planning, management reporting, and business decision making through timely and accurate MIS reports.
- The ideal candidate should have strong financial analysis skills, experience with BI tools and dashboards, and working knowledge of AI powered reporting and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports for management.
- Analyze financial performance, variances, trends, and key business metrics.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Automate recurring financial reports using AI enabled tools, Power Query, Power Automate, or scripting where applicable.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI AI features) for data analysis, report generation, forecasting, and business insights.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across reporting systems.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Business teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Required Qualifications
