- Ensure commission payouts are processed accurately and within agreed timelines
- Prepare commission accruals and support month end closing activities
- Generate periodic commission reports for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, reconciliation, or commission management
- Experience handling large volume transaction reconciliations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and commission management tools

Role Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Finance Executive Commission Reconciliation to manage commission calculations, reconciliations, and payment validations across multiple sales channels and partners.
- The ideal candidate will ensure commission accuracy, identify discrepancies, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support timely commission payouts while maintaining strong financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Commission Reconciliation & Validation: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of commissions earned versus commissions payable.
- Validate commission calculations against contracts, agreements, and commission structures.
- Reconcile commission reports with sales, CRM, ERP, and payment systems.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in commission calculations and payments.
- Ensure commission payouts are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare commission accruals and support month end closing activities.
- Generate periodic commission reports for management review.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve commission processes and controls.
- Maintain clear documentation of commission agreements and payout structures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience: 2 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, reconciliation, or commission management.
- Experience handling large volume transaction reconciliations.
- Prior experience in fintech, banking, insurance, brokerage, affiliate marketing, or sales commission environments is preferred.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes and accounting principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and commission management tools is advantageous.
