- Maintain financial records in line with IFRS and UAE regulations
- Perform journal entries and reconciliations
- Support month end and year end closing
- Generate invoices based on work orders and contracts
- Validate billing with operations and quality teams
- Maintain invoice trackers ensuring no revenue leakage
- Monitor receivables and follow up on payments
- Maintain aging reports and resolve discrepancies
- Support payroll processing and validate inputs
- Ensure compliance with WPS and payroll accuracy
- Assist in final settlements and payroll reconciliation
- Manage petty cash with proper documentation
Requirements
- 2 6 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Knowledge of IFRS and UAE regulations
- Experience with ERP systems

Invoicing & Revenue Control
- Generate invoices based on work orders and contracts

Accounts Receivable

Payroll Coordination (with HR)
- Support payroll processing and validate inputs
- Ensure compliance with WPS and payroll accuracy
- Assist in final settlements and payroll reconciliation
Petty Cash & Expense Management
- Manage petty cash with proper documentation
- Verify and process employee expense claims
- Track and control company expenses
VAT & Compliance
- Ensure VAT compliant invoicing
- Support VAT filing and documentation
ERP Implementation
- Assist in transition to ERP systems
- Support data migration and process setup
Audit & Compliance
- Maintain audit ready documentation
- Ensure traceability of financial transactions
Cross Functional Coordination
- Work with HR, Operations, Procurement, and Quality teams
