About AI Acquisition

Cash flow and treasury

• Own the daily cash cycle across DMCC, Acquisity, AI Broker, and other entities.
• Oversee high-volume USD revenue flows from Whop into UAE bank accounts.
• Ensure daily funding of GBP and AED corporate cards for Meta advertising spend.
• Build live cash visibility so the Director of Finance can see the position at a glance.

Payment infrastructure

• Lead migration from the legacy Pleo and UK-entity setup to Qashio.
• Evaluate and implement Whop's virtual card platform for an automated Meta spending link.
• Eliminate manual card-topping and payment bottlenecks.
• Ensure payment flows are tracked, reconciled, and automated.

Systems and automation

• Audit recurring manual finance processes and automate or systematize them.
• Build and implement SOPs for cash management, reporting, payments, refunds, and reconciliation.
• Work with Emifast to keep Xero accurate, current, and properly structured across entities.
• Create clean, trackable dashboards for the Director of Finance and executive team.

Entity and reporting ownership

• Oversee financial operations across two to three entities with different products and revenue structures.
• Hold the external bookkeeping partner accountable for quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Manage the financial wind-down of the legacy UK entity.
• Deliver executive-ready cash, entity-level profit and loss, risk, and profitability reporting.

Required experience

• 5+ years in finance operations, treasury, or senior finance execution are required.
• Direct experience in a high-volume, high-transaction-count environment is required.
• A systems-first approach to repeatable processes and automation is required.
• Experience leading finance teams, external partners, or cross-functional processes is required.
• Hands-on management of high-volume USD, GBP, and AED cash flows is required.
• Experience building and implementing finance operations SOPs is required.
• Experience managing external bookkeeping or accounting firms is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero, Wise, Whop, and Pleo, Qashio, or similar corporate card platforms is required.

Highly desirable experience

• Experience with UAE corporate structures, especially DMCC entities, is highly desirable.
• A background in performance marketing businesses with high daily advertising spend is highly desirable.
• Experience with entity wind-downs or cross-border restructuring is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Series A or early-scale finance environments is highly desirable.
