Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI model outputs for finance-related tasks and identify performance gaps.
- Develop rubrics and assessments for deal analysis and M&A assessments.
- Design training methods and evaluation strategies with AI researchers and finance experts.
- Create benchmarks for financial model performance in investment scenarios.
- Provide detailed feedback to improve AI system accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- CFA clearance, CA, CPA, or an MBA in Finance is preferred.
- Relevant on-the-job training or certifications may be considered equivalent to preferred credentials.
