The employer is seeking a Finance Business Analyst to work full-time and apply finance expertise to improving AI model performance.
The role covers corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, FP&A, private equity, and consulting, and does not require prior AI experience.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI model outputs for finance-related tasks and identify performance gaps.
- Develop structured rubrics and assessments for deal analysis and M&A assessments.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts on training methods and evaluation strategies.
- Create benchmarks for financial model performance in investment scenarios.
- Provide detailed feedback to improve AI system accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- CFA Level I, II, or III cleared, CA, CPA, or an MBA in Finance is preferred.
- On-the-job training or relevant certifications may be considered equivalent.
