Role Overview
The Regulatory Navigator is seeking a Finance Assistant / Finance Executive to support daily finance operations and financial administration.
The role is suited to organized professionals who can manage financial information accurately and work independently.
Work Arrangement
- The position is fully remote within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day finance and financial administration activities.
- Process records for expenses, reimbursements, invoices, and payment requests.
- Track payments, expenses, budgets, and outstanding items.
- Review financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain financial records, spreadsheets, and digital documentation.
- Assist with account and transaction reconciliations.
- Prepare routine financial summaries, reports, and management updates.
- Coordinate finance-related documentation with internal teams and external parties.
- Monitor payment, expense submission, and financial activity deadlines.
- Support improvements to finance administration and reporting workflows.
