Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and branch expenses using QuickBooks
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and local accounts
- Prepare supplier payment schedules and coordinate payments
- Create and issue client invoices accurately and on time
- Track project related costs and support cost reporting activities
- Maintain organised and accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist with month end finance activities and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly payroll information for submission to the UK Finance Team
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for the UK Finance Team
- Monitor and control company credit card transactions
- Liaise with freight forwarders and transport providers regarding importation of goods into the UAE
- Track shipments and support customs and importation administration
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Bookkeeper, or similar finance administration role
- Experience using QuickBooks is highly desirable
- Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payroll administration
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with international teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

About the Role
- ADF Middle East is part of the Ateliers de France Group, an international leader in luxury construction, heritage restoration, high end fit out, and bespoke projects.
- We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Finance Assistant to support the day to day financial and administrative operations of our Dubai office.
- Reporting to the UK Finance Team and working closely with the local management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and branch expenses using QuickBooks.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and local accounts.
- Prepare supplier payment schedules and coordinate payments.
- Create and issue client invoices accurately and on time.
- Track project related costs and support cost reporting activities.

Candidate Profile
