Final Assembly Lead Hand

Red Seal certification as an Industrial Electrician or Industrial Mechanic/Millwright.

Experience working with lithium-ion battery systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), electric vehicle technologies, or other renewable energy products.

Experience participating in customer-witnessed Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

Experience operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and other industrial lifting equipment.

Experience supporting prototype builds, new product introduction (NPI), or manufacturing process development.
