Role Overview
Provide field-based technical support for Safran Seats products serving Emirates Airlines and customers across the Middle East.
Act as a customer-facing ambassador for Safran Seats while supporting product performance, reliability, airworthiness, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central contact for customer technical support and product-related inquiries.
- Provide diagnostics and configuration management for aircraft seats in service.
- Support service bulletins, retrofit operations, programs, and Entry Into Service reviews.
- Train operators' maintenance crews.
- Clarify technical documents and participate in technical and aftermarket review meetings.
- Coordinate communication between operators and Product Support Teams.
- Monitor customer technical actions and promote Safran Seats products and services.
- Capture field requirements, propose corrective actions, and maintain fleet and customer data.
Education and Experience
- Master's or bachelor's degree in general engineering is required.
- At least 3 years of aeronautical industry experience in a customer-facing role, such as final assembly, aftermarket, or aftersales services, is required.
- Electronics or mechanics specialization is a plus.
