Job Overview The LWD Field Specialist II is responsible for operating and maintaining Logging While Drilling (LWD) and Measurement While Drilling (MWD) equipment at the rig site.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain MWD/LWD surface systems and downhole tools at the rig site
- Monitor, acquire, and validate downhole data to ensure data quality
- Assist in interpreting downhole measurements and communicate operational information
- Generate daily client deliverables including logs, LAS files, and operational reports
- Perform quality checks on data and reports before submission
- Support rig up and rig down activities of surface equipment
- Maintain unit inventory and ensure equipment availability
- Assist in training and development of junior field personnel
- Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate technical concerns
Requirements
- Experience in LWD/MWD operations
- Knowledge of downhole tools and surface systems
- Ability to work in onshore and offshore environments
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Job Overview
- The LWD Field Specialist II is responsible for operating and maintaining Logging While Drilling (LWD) and Measurement While Drilling (MWD) equipment at the rig site.
Responsibilities
- Understand and comply with all Weatherford safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Know and adhere to Weatherford's Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Management System.
- Execute work assignments with a high level of service quality and professionalism.
- Participate in daily operations meetings, safety meetings, toolbox talks, and Job Hazard Analyses.
- Operate and maintain MWD/LWD surface systems and downhole tools at the rig site.
- Monitor, acquire, and validate downhole data to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Assist in interpreting downhole measurements and communicate operational information.
- Generate daily client deliverables including logs, LAS files, and operational reports.
- Perform quality checks on data and reports before submission to clients.
- Maintain proactive communication with rig personnel and client representatives.
- Support rig up and rig down activities of surface equipment.
- Maintain unit inventory and ensure all required equipment is available and serviceable.
Skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities.
