Field Services Technician

Qualifications, skills, and knowledge:

• Previous experience in related field
• Valid Driver’s license in good standing
• Knowledge with Cisco equipment
• ADTRAN experience preferred
• Inside wiring knowledge
• Customer-first attitude - proven ability to interface positively and professionally with the customer
• Get it done mentality
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Strong sense of personal accountability
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Readiness to accept and adapt quickly to change
• Excellent problem-solving skills, as well as an interest and familiarity with technology

Salary Range: $43,500.00-$60,000.00
