- All on site life extension, repairs, and inspection related service activities at customer sites. Includes on site machining, NDT, blading, windings, critical welding, and generator diagnostics.
- Deepen knowledge of a technical discipline. Use previous experience and acquired technical expertise to implement guidelines/strategies.
- Solid understanding of key business drivers; use this understanding to perform own work. Deep knowledge of how own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Use some judgment and ability to propose various solutions outside established parameters, but with guidance. Use previous experience and on the job training to solve simple tasks.
