We are looking for a hands-on engineer to lead on-site builds and handle real-time technical issues.
This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to read technical drawings, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site assembly, installation, and technical execution
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues hands-on
- Ensure work is executed according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Perform quality checks at key stages of the project
- Provide regular progress updates (including photo/video reporting)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proven hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical/technical issues
- Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or custom build environments
- Ability to work on-site and handle physically demanding tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High level of ownership and accountability
