Job Summary

  • We are looking for a proactive and client focused Account Executive to manage client relationships, maintain regular communication, and support business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects and requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client databases.
  • Coordinate with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure project delivery.
  • Achieve monthly client acquisition and retention targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and client status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Relations, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic.
