Responsibilities
- Lead and perform on site installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, and major/minor inspections on GE gas turbines and compressors
- Diagnose complex mechanical, fluid, and operational issues using technical manuals, drawings, and diagnostic tools
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to craft labor, sub contractors, and client personnel during outage execution
- Perform precision measurements, borescope inspections, and laser alignments
- Prepare comprehensive field service reports documenting findings, actions, and recommendations
- Assist in outage planning including scope, tooling, spare parts, and labor estimation
- Adhere to and enforce HSE protocols, lead toolbox talks, and complete Job Safety Analyses
- Advise customers on best practices for equipment operation, maintenance schedules, and performance optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline (significant field experience may substitute)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Field Service Engineer, Technical Advisor, or Millwright with heavy rotating equipment
- Proven hands on experience with GE Gas Turbines (Frame 5, 6, 7, 9, or LM series) and/or GE/Nuovo Pignone centrifugal compressors
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and auxiliary systems
- Familiarity with GE turbine control systems (Speedtronic Mark V, VI, VIe) and vibration monitoring (Bently Nevada)
- Strong proficiency with borescope inspection equipment and reporting

Scope of Work
- We are building a dedicated Field Service Team for installation, commissioning, shutdowns, maintenance, and replacement of heavy duty gas turbine / aeroderivative gas turbine / centrifugal or reciprocal compressors.
- Team will be deployed globally across Middle East, Asia, Americas, and Europe.

Required Competences & Qualifications
- Proven hands on experience with GE Gas Turbines and/or GE/Nuovo Pignone centrifugal compressors
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and auxiliary systems
- Familiarity with GE turbine control systems and vibration monitoring
- Strong proficiency with borescope inspection

Salary & Job Type
- Monthly salary: USD 4500 USD 5500
- Job type: Zero hour contract
