Summary

  • You’ll be out and about, travelling to different locations and meeting new people every day. No two days are the same. One day, you could be installing cutting edge broadband in a customer’s home; the next, you’re troubleshooting an issue and helping someone get back online.

What You’ll Do

  • Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers' homes.
  • Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.
  • Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied and smiling.
  • Work independently with the backing of a supportive team, always there to help you deliver your best.

The must haves

  • A UK manual driving licence.
  • Confidence working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • To live in one of the specified postcodes above.

  • The ability to be composed and adapt to any situation.

  • A starting salary of £29,000 with the potential to earn up to £36,200 through on target earnings (£4,700 overtime + £2,500 commission).
