Field Service Engineer

We're on the hunt for an engaged and motivated Field Service Engineer to support, maintain and improve products and ancillary equipment. Your day will include corrective and preventative maintenance. Your primary objective will be to satisfy customer requirements and ensure customer /company SLA and KPI targets and contractual obligations are fully achieved.

Identify system faults through electrical testing procedures and with Vix software monitoring tools

Rectify system, on-street hardware and on-vehicle hardware faults within SLAs

Correspondence with customer on maintenance and fault issues

Maintain and drive to improve KPI performance

Installation and commissioning of on-vehicle and on-street equipment

Maintain and update documentation accurately

Liaise with local team and with Configuration Engineers

Ensure compliance of planned maintenance programme

Attend periodic progress meetings alongside other Vix staff

Ensure customer satisfaction
