Key Responsibilities
- Grow revenue in their assigned territory
- Grow distribution width in the designated sales area
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with customers
- Create awareness of new products in the designated sales area and do direct selling for the retail outlets
- Manage merchandising and POS materials at the retail store level ensuring compliance with all current company & brand regulations.
- Assisting customer requests through emails & phone calls
- Conducting timely follow ups on open opportunities to ensure that sales objectives are met
- Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
- Developing strong customer relationships during and after the sales occurs
- Report on sales activity
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
- Ensure the customer outstanding payments are collected as per the agreed terms
Desired Skills And Experience
- Experience of 2 years in selling industrial products
- Positive relationship building skills – cultivates and nurtures customer relations
- Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
- Tactful and smart to handle customers objections and present solutions and options to close sales
- Competitive attitude with a hunger to succeed in all situations
- Energetic and result orientated
- Must have valid UAE Driving License
- **Location:** for Dubai and Abu Dhabi (Trade Market)
Experience
- Selling Industrial Supplies: 2 years (Required)
• UAE Driving License (Required)
- Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Required)
