Overview

**AABTools** is seeking for dynamic field sales individuals who have a complete command over the trade of selling industrial products and also are great at building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue in their assigned territory
  • Grow distribution width in the designated sales area
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with customers
  • Create awareness of new products in the designated sales area and do direct selling for the retail outlets
  • Manage merchandising and POS materials at the retail store level ensuring compliance with all current company & brand regulations.
  • Assisting customer requests through emails & phone calls
  • Conducting timely follow ups on open opportunities to ensure that sales objectives are met
  • Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
  • Developing strong customer relationships during and after the sales occurs
  • Report on sales activity
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Ensure the customer outstanding payments are collected as per the agreed terms

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Experience of 2 years in selling industrial products
  • Positive relationship building skills – cultivates and nurtures customer relations
  • Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
  • Tactful and smart to handle customers objections and present solutions and options to close sales
  • Competitive attitude with a hunger to succeed in all situations
  • Energetic and result orientated
  • Must have valid UAE Driving License
  • **Location:** for Dubai and Abu Dhabi (Trade Market)

Experience

  • Selling Industrial Supplies: 2 years (Required)

• UAE Driving License (Required)

  • Willingness to travel:
  • 75% (Required)
