Job Purpose

  • Drive revenue growth by actively identifying, pitching, and securing partnerships with salons and beauty establishments across Abu Dhabi.
  • Requires being based in Abu Dhabi, understanding of local beauty market, and active network of salon decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outdoor sales visits to salons, beauty centers, and spas across Abu Dhabi.
  • Leverage and expand an existing database of salon clients to build long term relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and stay ahead of trends.
  • Present and demonstrate cosmetic products effectively to salon owners, managers, and head stylists.
  • Handle inquiries, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals.
  • Act as primary point of contact for Abu Dhabi clients, ensuring excellent customer service and post sale support.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven outdoor sales experience in Cosmetic, Beauty, or Professional Salon Industry in the UAE.
  • Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi with strong geographical knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience working with a Salon Database and established connections.
  • Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a distinct advantage.
