Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outdoor sales visits to salons, beauty centers, and spas across Abu Dhabi
- Leverage and expand an existing database of salon clients to build long term relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and analyze competitor activity
- Present and demonstrate cosmetic products to salon owners and managers
- Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals to meet targets
- Act as primary point of contact for Abu Dhabi clients, ensuring customer service and post sale support
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven outdoor sales experience in the Cosmetic, Beauty, or Professional Salon Industry in the UAE
- Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi with strong geographical knowledge
- Demonstrated experience working with a Salon Database and established connections
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a distinct advantage

Job Purpose
- Drive revenue growth by actively identifying, pitching, and securing partnerships with salons and beauty establishments across Abu Dhabi.
- Requires being based in Abu Dhabi, understanding of local beauty market, and active network of salon decision makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outdoor sales visits to salons, beauty centers, and spas across Abu Dhabi.

- Present and demonstrate cosmetic products effectively to salon owners, managers, and head stylists.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven outdoor sales experience in Cosmetic, Beauty, or Professional Salon Industry in the UAE.
- Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi with strong geographical knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience working with a Salon Database and established connections.
- Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a distinct advantage.
