Job Summary

  • We are looking for a motivated and field oriented Field Lead Generator & Data Collection Executive to support our Sales & Business Development team. The role involves visiting offices, commercial establishments, industrial areas, and business locations across the UAE to identify potential clients, c

Responsibilities

  • Visit offices, business centers, warehouses, retail shops, and industrial zones to identify potential clients.
  • Collect accurate contact information of key decision makers, including procurement managers, operations managers, facility managers, IT managers, and business owners.
  • Generate and submit qualified leads to the sales team on a daily basis.
  • Conduct market research and gather competitor and industry information during field visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all visited companies and collected data in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure smooth lead handover and follow up.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with business representatives.
  • Provide regular field activity reports to management.
  • Represent the company professionally during all business interactions.

Requirements

  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in field sales, lead generation, marketing, business development, or data collection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively across the UAE
  • Good knowledge of UAE business locations and industrial areas
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
