Field Engineer/Assistant Project Manager - National Operations

• Technical or bachelor's degree in business, construction management, engineering, or related field of study; OR two years or more of experience with supporting industrial, commercial, or service projects, is required.
• Strong technical aptitude with advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project; experience using iPads and iPhones is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to plan, schedule, and coordinate projects to meet established deadlines.

• This role will report in-person to our Duluth, MN office and requires travel to national project sites and client locations as needed up to 75% of the time.
• Work may include 8-to-10 hour days on job sites or in the main office and may include weekend work as needed for project support.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and remain in good standing in accordance with company driving policy.

• The expected hourly compensation range for this position is $32.50-$48.80 .
