Female - UHNW Housekeeper

Job Purpose

Housekeeping and Cleaning

• Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, dining areas, dressing rooms, guest areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Perform daily and periodic deep cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and surface cleaning.
• Prepare rooms according to the principal's preferences and daily schedule.
• Handle delicate surfaces, luxury finishes, antiques, artwork, and high-value furnishings with appropriate care.

Laundry and Wardrobe Care

• Wash, dry, iron, steam, fold, and organize household garments and linens.
• Handle delicate, luxury, and specialty fabrics according to care instructions.
• Organize wardrobes, dressing rooms, and linen cupboards.
• Monitor clothing and linen supplies and report shortages or replacement and repair needs.

Household Organization

• Organize and replenish household items, amenities, toiletries, cleaning products, linens, and other consumables.
• Report maintenance issues, damage, or required repairs to the House Manager or designated supervisor.
• Assist with preparing the residence for special occasions, events, and visiting guests.
• Support the wider household team with general household duties as required.

Guest and Principal Service

• Prepare guest rooms and assigned areas to high standards before and during visits.
• Respond promptly and professionally to requests from the principal, family members, guests, or household management.
• Assist with light serving duties, table setting, and clearing when required.
• Respect personal space, privacy, household security procedures, and access protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous housekeeping experience in a UHNW private household, luxury residence, palace, hotel, or high-end hospitality environment.
• Three to five years of relevant housekeeping experience, preferably in a private household.
• Experience handling luxury furnishings, delicate fabrics, and high-value household items.
• Knowledge of professional cleaning methods, laundry care, and household organization.
• Previous household-team experience is an advantage.
