The Commercial Director will lead commercial strategy, maximize revenue opportunities, and drive sustainable business growth across the portfolio.
The role requires knowledge of the Dubai luxury real estate market and relationships with investors, developers, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's overall commercial strategy.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and drive sustainable business growth.
- Strengthen strategic partnerships and drive business performance.
- Evaluate opportunities and make data-driven commercial decisions.
- Negotiate high-value commercial agreements and partnerships.
- Lead people and manage commercial relationships across the business.
Requirements
- Seven to ten years of experience in commercial leadership, business development, sales, or a similar senior commercial role.
- Strong experience in Dubai or UAE real estate, preferably luxury or ultra-luxury real estate.
- Proven record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Established stakeholder network is highly desirable.
- Experience negotiating high-value commercial agreements and partnerships.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market dynamics and competition.
- A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation
- Annual salary is AED 550,000 to AED 600,000 per year.
