- Follow up with potential customers and convince them to use our services
- Understand customers’ financial situations and coordinate accordingly
- Liaise with banks in the UAE to negotiate better terms or settlements for clients
- Work towards monthly targets and performance goals
Requirements
- Female candidates only (as per job requirement)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or financial services is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Target driven, persuasive, and customer focused
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
