We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to work directly with the CEO and support daily business operations. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities
- Manage the Owner calendar, meetings, and daily schedule
- Coordinate appointments with clients, developers, and business partners
- Handle emails, phone calls, and business correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Organize travel arrangements and business meetings
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
- Assist with office administration and operational tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and government entities when required
- Support the Owner with both business and administrative responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
- Previous experience in a Dubai real estate company is a strong advantage
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Professional attitude and strong sense of confidentiality
- Currently based in the UAE

- Serdar Properties LLC is a growing real estate brokerage specializing in Dubai's off plan and residential property market. We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to work directly with the CEO and support daily business operations.
