- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Female Key Accounts Manager** to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will manage and grow strategic client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, client satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **hospitals, clinics, fertility centers, and other strategic partners**.
- Drive business growth through new and existing accounts while meeting revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (lab, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling stem cell banking services.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on key accounts and business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- **Must possess relevant experience in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/Gyne).**
- Proven experience in **account management, sales, or client relationship management** in healthcare, biotechnology, or related sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of **healthcare regulations and clinical processes** is a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Experience managing **strategic or key accounts** is preferred.
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- **Minimum 4-5 years of experience** in account management or sales (healthcare/biotech preferred)
