Overview

  • The Administrative Assistant / Document Controller is responsible for providing basic administrative support and maintaining company documents in an organized and accurate manner.

Document Control Duties

  • File and organize company documents, both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Maintain document registers and filing systems.
  • Ensure documents are properly labeled and easy to retrieve.
  • Distribute documents to relevant departments when required.
  • Archive old documents according to company procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of administrative experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management.

Pay

  • AED 3,000.00 AED 3,001.00 per hour
