Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Arabic-speaking Female Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Arrange travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and visa requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Follow up on tasks and deadlines with departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential files and sensitive information.
- Organize and coordinate special projects and events.
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries.
- Assist with personal errands and administrative tasks when needed.
Requirements
- Female Arabic speaker (native or fluent in Arabic and English).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Valid Qatar ID with transferable visa is preferred.

- Experience supporting C-level executives.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of business etiquette and office management.
