Responsibilities
- Monitor and control food, beverage, and operating costs across all coffee shop branches
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock variances
- Review purchases, receiving reports, transfers, and stock movements for accuracy
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports and identify cost saving opportunities
- Calculate recipe costing, menu pricing, and monitor product profitability
- Ensure proper stock control procedures are implemented and followed
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, waste, spoilage, and shrinkage
- Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Store Managers to improve cost efficiency
- Monitor supplier pricing and recommend cost effective purchasing strategies
- Prepare monthly cost control reports, variance analyses, and management reports
- Conduct periodic audits of inventory, production, and cash handling procedures
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to operational costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a Cost Controller, preferably in coffee shops, cafés, restaurants, or hospitality
- Strong understanding of inventory management, recipe costing, food and beverage cost control, and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/POS systems
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple branches

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Cost Controller, preferably in coffee shops, cafés, restaurants, or the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, recipe costing, food and beverage cost control, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/POS systems.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
