Responsibilities
- Wrap gifts neatly and professionally using various wrapping materials and techniques
- Create attractive gift presentations according to company standards and customer preferences
- Assist customers in selecting gift wrapping styles, ribbons, gift bags, and decorative accessories
- Ensure all gifts are wrapped accurately and completed within the required time
- Maintain adequate stock of wrapping paper, ribbons, boxes, gift bags, and other packaging materials
- Keep the gift wrapping station clean, organized, and well stocked
- Handle delicate and fragile items with care during the wrapping process
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional attitude
- Assist with product packaging, labeling, and seasonal displays when required
- Support store operations and perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous experience in gift wrapping, retail, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Good handcraft and presentation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative, detail oriented, and customer focused Gift Wrapper to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for professionally wrapping gifts, creating attractive gift presentations, assisting customers with gift selections, and ensuring a high standard of service and presentation.
