We are a dynamic and growing Engineering Services Company, committed to delivering top-notch solutions to our clients.
We are currently looking for a **Female Call Centre Executive** to join our Sales & Customer service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Update customer records in the system accurately and promptly.
- Meet targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with good number of sales.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Call center or Telesales or Customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using softwares.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Positive attitude, with a focus on problem-solving.
- **Female candidates are preferred due to the specific nature of the role.**
