- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the façade and glazing sector
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors
- Generate leads, track project opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and upcoming projects
- Coordinate with estimation and engineering teams for tender submissions
- Prepare and deliver company presentations and capability profiles
- Follow up on proposals, assist in negotiations, and support deal closures

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Business/Commerce
- 1 4 years of experience in façade, construction, or building materials sales
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of façade systems (aluminum, glazing, cladding, etc.)
- Fluency in MS Office and internet research skills
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred

Job Overview
- We are looking for a female dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our façade division.
- The ideal candidate will help expand our market presence, build strong industry relationships, and support the acquisition of new façade projects.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of façade systems (aluminum, glazing, cladding, etc.).
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and proactive.

- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
- Organized, goal focused, Target and result oriented.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
