Female Branch Manager

Role Overview

Club Operations

• Own the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch.
• Ensure studios, café, reception, changing rooms and member facilities are operational, staffed, clean and maintained.
• Oversee class schedules, staffing, stock levels and facility presentation.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate with suppliers, maintenance providers and internal teams.

Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate coaches, front-of-house staff and café staff.
• Create a positive, high-performance culture with clear expectations and accountability.
• Manage scheduling, coverage, performance feedback, coaching and team development.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members.

Commercial Performance

• Own monthly branch targets and work to achieve or exceed them.
• Develop initiatives to increase memberships, class participation, retention and revenue.
• Convert enquiries and prospects into members and build partnerships that generate leads and new business.
• Monitor performance and create a sales- and success-focused team culture.

Member Experience

• Build genuine member relationships and understand the drivers of engagement and loyalty.
• Handle feedback, concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Create a welcoming, motivating and community-focused atmosphere.
• Continuously improve the member journey and club experience.

Coaching and Classes

• Contribute to the class schedule where appropriate.
• Cover classes when required due to absence or scheduling needs.
• Ideally deliver strength, functional fitness or indoor cycling classes when experienced and qualified.
• Lead by example in coaching standards, energy, professionalism and member engagement.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in fitness, wellness, boutique studio, health club or a related industry.
• Previous team leadership, supervisory or management experience.
• Strong operational, organisational, communication and people-management skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience with business, sales or revenue targets.
• Fitness or coaching qualifications and experience delivering relevant classes.
• Experience managing a boutique fitness studio, gym or wellness facility is required by the posting.

Working Conditions

• The manager must be flexible around operational needs, including peak periods and occasional weekends.
• Work location: In person.
• Location preference stated in the posting: Abu Dhabi.

Employment and Compensation

• Job type: Full-time, permanent.
• Pay: AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
