- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and make necessary service adjustments
- Assist in spa demonstrations and events as required
- Follow daily appointment schedules and roster assignments as planned
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of professional products and supplies
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures and policies related to hygiene, safety, and service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and high hygiene standards in all treatment rooms and spa areas
- Build strong connections with guests, recording preferences and relevant information for personalized service
- Promote spa services and treatments, contributing to sales targets set by the Spa Manager
Requirements
- Experience in delivering Hammam treatments
- Knowledge of Turkish and Moroccan Hammam rituals
- Ability to customize treatments based on client needs

- Arabic and English language proficiency

Job Summary
