Job Summary

  • As a Hammam Therapist at Izil, you will be responsible for delivering high quality traditional Hammam treatments, including Turkish and Moroccan rituals.
  • Your role involves creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests while maintaining professionalism, hygiene, and adherence to company standards.
  • You will ensure treatments are customized based on client needs, promote spa services, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Hammam & Spa Treatments

  • Perform authentic Hammam treatments using correct techniques and product application.
  • Customize treatments based on guest needs, preferences, and company training guidelines.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of all spa treatments and stay updated on available promotions.
  • Ensure seamless client handovers by following prescribed service standards and treatment protocols.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and make necessary service adjustments.
  • Assist in spa demonstrations and events as required.

Key Responsibilities Spa Operations & Compliance

  • Follow daily appointment schedules and roster assignments as planned.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels of professional products and supplies.
  • Adhere to all standard operating procedures and policies related to hygiene, safety, and service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and high hygiene standards in all treatment rooms and spa areas.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations while supervising the safe use of spa equipment.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Build strong connections with guests, recording preferences and relevant information for personalized service.
  • Promote spa services and treatments, contributing to sales targets set by the Spa Manager.
  • Provide product recommendations to enhance guest experience and encourage retail purchases.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and report figures daily.

Key Responsibilities Professionalism & Team Collaboration

  • Uphold a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene in line with company policies.
  • Be punctual, well prepared, and ready for appointments.
  • Support reception duties when necessary, ensuring smooth front desk operations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, demonstrating a courteous and professional attitude.
