- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a strong and healthy sales pipeline
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct engaging sales presentations, consultations, and product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals
- Deliver exceptional after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance objectives
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Female candidates only
- Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer facing roles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a consultative sales approach
- Goal oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Self motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
