- Native or fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written)

Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Arabic Female Sales Representative to join our growing team.
- You will engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales journey while delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities while maintaining a strong and active sales pipeline
- Build, develop, and maintain long term relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Deliver compelling product presentations and sales demonstrations tailored to customer needs
- Manage pricing discussions, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals
- Provide excellent after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and efficient service delivery
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance objectives
- Maintain up to date knowledge of company products, services, and market trends
Qualifications & Requirements
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written) — mandatory
- Female candidates only
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities with a customer focused mindset
- Self motivated, target driven, and capable of working under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Compensation
- Pay: AED3,500.00 AED4,500.00 per month
