- Proactively identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base and generate revenue growth
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct professional sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations tailored to customer requirements
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers while managing pricing discussions and contract negotiations
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates
- Provide exceptional after sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to facilitate smooth onboarding, service delivery, and customer support
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates
- Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
Requirements
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker (written and verbal) – mandatory
- Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer service roles
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and problem solving abilities
- Customer centric mindset with passion for delivering exceptional service
- Self motivated, proactive, and target driven with demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Overview
- Looking for a highly motivated, customer focused, and results oriented Sales Representative to join the expanding team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Pay
