Federal Work Study: Athletics Graphic Design

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects.

Creativity and willingness to learn new design techniques.

Prior design experience or portfolio preferred but not required.

• Design graphics for social media, website, email, game day materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Create layouts for posters, flyers, banners, and in-venue digital displays.
• Assist with branding, ensuring adherence to university and Athletics visual identity standards.
• Support photo and media asset organization to ensure efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with athletics communications and marketing team members to develop creative concepts.
• Complete requested design tasks within assigned timelines.

• Communicating with others to exchange information.
• Lifting and Moving objects up to 20 pounds.
• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

• Low temperatures.
• Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.
• Elevated temperatures.
• Noisy environments.
• Small and/or enclosed spaces.

As needed; schedule may vary, including evenings and weekends.
