Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence
- Work with Oracle Analytics Cloud, OTBI, and Oracle Fusion HCM data
- Perform semantic modeling, logical facts and dimensions, measures, hierarchies, calculations, joins
- Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
- Gather stakeholder requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, HR Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience developing dashboards and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence
- Strong experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud, OTBI, or similar Oracle analytics tools
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM data, semantic models, dashboard design, SQL, data reconciliation, validation, and stakeholder requirements gathering
- Oracle Cloud, Oracle Analytics, or Oracle HCM certifications are an advantage

Minimum Experience
- Proven experience developing dashboards and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence
- Strong experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud, OTBI, or similar Oracle analytics tools
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM data, semantic models, dashboard design, SQL, data reconciliation, validation, and stakeholder requirements gathering
- Experience in a large, regulated, financial services, or enterprise environment is preferred
