About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own and drive strategic FBA programs across MENATR, including process improvements and supply chain optimization
- Analyze large datasets to identify operational gaps, business opportunities, and performance trends
- Build scalable reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance
- Develop business cases and recommendations backed by data and present to senior leadership
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, Tech, and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inbound operations, inventory management, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with tech and product teams to influence roadmap prioritization and automation opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
- Experience analyzing large datasets and translating them to actionable business insight
- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities

- Experience building measures and metrics
- Experience influencing senior leadership
- Experience leading large cross functional projects
- Experience in procurement, budgeting, or asset management
